About Me I'm a wife and mother of two, ages 21 and 24, and I work for a major retail chain in the electronics department. I've taught Sunday School for over 20 years, and am now the song director at our church. And yes, I'm a bellydancer, and I'm 47 years old as of this writing. I'm also very short (hobbit-sized?). ^^;;;

Movies Anything with viral zombies, talking robots that turn into cars, superheroes, or space aliens. ^^ I also love fantasy and period films, such as LOTR, and Ever After

TV I don't watch a lot of T.V. anymore; if I like a show, I'll usually get boxed sets of seasons. I'm still a big fan of Stargate SG-1 and other sci-fi shows, but I'm mainly into Japanese anime, DragonballZ being my ALL-TIME favorite. I also like Bleach, Naruto, Yu-Yu-Hakusho, Wolf's Rain, Full Metal Alchemist, Full Metal Panic, and others that I can't think of right now because it's 2:55 in the morning...oO;;

Books The Holy Bible (Authorized King James Version only), The Two Babylons, Fox's Book of Martyrs, Play To The Angel, The Joy Luck Club, Anne Frank's Diary, In Search of David's Heart, books on history (especially ancient history), dictionaries, encyclopedias, non-fiction, children's books, just about anything by Shakespeare

Likes FOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOD! Also, my family and friends, my church, meeting new people and making friends,learning new things, music, small cute animals, living flowers (not cut ones), movies, books, walking in the woods

Dislikes People who hurt other people; materialistic people; snobs; people who think they're better than others (especially the ones who look down their noses at people like myself who work for Wal-Mart, or similar places).

Hobbies music, singing, playing the violin, writing poetry, drawing and painting, day hiking, playing old-school video games, studying ancient history, reading, gardening, and of course, BELLYDANCING! :D

Oh, my, it has been awhile since my last blog post. I hope all of my Ren friends are doing well, and that your new year has gotten off to a wonderful start.

My bellydance friends and I will be going to the Scarletfest Indoor Ren Faire in Oklahoma City, which is being held Saturday, January 24th, and Sunday, January 25th at the Historic Farmer's Market and Event's Center (I'll only be attending on the 25th, unless there's a change of plans).
